OLD BUSINESS |

Discussion |
Kasuboski did receive a building report. The Board should of set a date when the building had to be moved. Kasuboski did state he wanted to move the building before the snow fell. A letter should be sent to Tom Schroeder that he has 30 days to take out all the PVC piping on the parcel where the zoning change was not approved. Tom Schroeder has purchased the old grocery store in Eureka and it looks like they are doing work inside. A building permit was not issued as of yet. There is no well or septic on that parcel. It is zoned commercial. Tom Jackson inquired about if we have anything in our ordinance for the placement of trees and shrubs by a property line. He was wondering if this should be addressed when we go over our ordinances. Fred explained that this is addressed in the State Statues. |
